when taking photographs.\u00a0 Mary will comment when she sees a landscape that I am particularly proud of how there always seems to be a flower or something striking right at the front of the picture.\u00a0\u00a0 I know I am drawn to dramatic skies and the vast\u00a0stretch of an empty beach.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.couttsweb.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/2015-12-02-14.02.36-Edit.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1897\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone yesterday when I was writing a piece for a church magazine and I included a picture of Mary,\u00a0alone on the West Sands at St Andrew&#8217;s.\u00a0 That location was made famous by the opening\u00a0scene of the film, <em>Chariots of Fire<\/em>.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a place that we knew well as students there in the 1960s and despite the terrible December weather, we managed a walk along the sands last December.\u00a0 And of course the same style was in evidence in <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.couttsweb.co.uk\/?p=1893\">yesterday&#8217;s blog<\/a> with Poppy on the beach.<\/p>\n<p>I have
